Coming from a controversial tradition with many misconceptions, Amanda was a delightful guest who shared insights into her spiritual path.\u00a0\u00a0Amanda is a lovely person and a true survivor as she recounted her painful tale of rising from being psychologically trapped as a sex worker to becoming a guide and healer for many people in her spiritual work. Here are some of the things we learned about witches and their work from Amanda:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><strong>*Practice the Power of Reclaim:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Civilization teaches us to give away your power to other people. In the spiritual path, the aim is to reclaim authority and power in your own life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><strong>*Co-Create Your Life:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Realize that you\u2019re not at the mercy of fate and that you have to wait x amount of time to get something good.\u00a0\u00a0You can create goodness in your present by giving love to yourself and others and being the most powerful version of yourself. Instead of thinking that something is inevitable (good or bad), take back the power to make a difference in the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><strong>*You Can\u2019t Make Someone Love You:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Some clients come to Amanda and ask her to cast a love spell on someone to love them. Amanda refuses to do that because forcing a person to love you is not love (and is against the will of another).\u00a0\u00a0Instead, she teaches clients to call in the love they really want from the person who really wants to be with them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><strong>*Reclaim Your Intuition:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>It\u2019s not about divining or foretelling the future; it\u2019s about listening to your heart\u2014your Intuition\u2014to hear what you should be doing in life.\u00a0\u00a0At home, you can light a candle, place your hands on your heart, and breathe into your heart. Then, listen carefully. Remember, Intuition speaks in a quiet voice (stress and fear speak loudly). You know your Intuition is speaking when you get a sense of peace, clarity, and groundedness.
